2/1/08:   Our Safe Harbor Exemption Bill for Independent Practitioners is now in the Senate as SB 6886!

Be sure to thank our sponsors Senators Eric Oemig (D) and Dan Swecker (R)!   On Thursday, January 31^st, the bill was entered on the Senate Floor and referred to the Senate Health and Long Term Care Committee.  Please urge Senator Karen Keiser, Chair of that committee, to schedule an emergency public hearing because of the quick cut off with the current 60 day session.  Senator Keiser's phone number is 360-786-7664.  Click here to her.
